All parts supplied and installed are guaranteed for 12 months (subject to terms and conditions). All installations and repairs undertaken are tested by Dover Telephone Engineers and approved by the Customer on completion of a contract. Re-visits are subject to a pre-paid Service Charge and will be refunded however, any faults found to be arising from existing points, cables or hardware that are not covered by the completed installation or repair by Dover Telephone Engineers a further installation charge maybe incurred.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to take responsibility for any existing parts or equipment installed on your telephone line which may cause ongoing faults and that do not comply with current B.A.B.T. specifications and that are not subject to the current installation.
